WHAT IS TITHING


FOR MANY PEOPLE, IT IS DIFFICULT TO TRUST GOD WITH THEIR FINANCES. DESPITE THIS DIFFICULTY, GOD CALLS HIS CHILDREN TO TRUST HIM IN EVERY ASPECT OF THEIR LIVES. THAT IS WHY GOD CALLS US TO REGULARLY TITHE THE FIRST 10% OF OUR INCOME TO DEMONSTRATE OUR FAITH IN HIM. BY DOING THIS, WE CAN GROW IN OUR FAITH AND ALLOW GOD TO HELP US IN MORE WAYS THAN WE COULD IMAGINE.

Contribution statements are emailed to you each quarter and at the close of the calendar year, typically by mid-January. You may also click the "Contribution Statement" button at the top of the page to log into the HDC Member Portal to view your contribution statements at any time. Or just click the button below!

CONTRIBUTION STATEMENT
All contributions must be post-marked by December 31st in order to be included in your contribution statement for that year. Any online contributions should also be initiated by December 31st.
Once logged in to your online giving account (www.highdesertchurch.com/give "Give Now"), open the menu (three small horizontal lines) in the top left hand corner of the give page.
  • Go to "Payment Methods" if you choose to change your payment method.
  • Go to "Recurring Gifts" and select the trash can icon of the recurring gift you wish to delete. Then, go back to the give page and create the new recurring gift with the new amount or the new fund designation.

Yes! We take the security of your personal information and data very seriously. All financial information is encrypted and stored by our banking partner to PCI DSS Level 1 compliant standards. PCI DSS Level 1 compliance is a set of rules stated by credit card companies and audited by an independent third party. It is the highest possible rating one can get in the electronic payment processing industry. Additionally, Tithe.ly forces HTTPS for all transaction services using TLS.
Yes. Simply choose the "Bank account" option when selecting your payment method.
Yes. We accept any debit or credit card issued by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
You will not pay any fees. The dollar amount that you select to give will be recorded on your contribution statement. However, the church does incur fees for processing. The most cost-effective way to maximize your giving is to give online from your bank account. To give this way, simply choose the "Bank account" option as your payment method whenever you make a one-time gift or set up a recurring giving schedule.
Your generous giving to this fund assures the resources are readily available for the upkeep of our current campuses. This fund is also used to help the continued development of additional sites as part of our mission of Reaching our World for Christ.
