Membership Removal Request

We are sad to see you leave HDC, but we understand there may be many reasons why people would no longer choose to partner with HDC in a meaningful way.

Since membership is a Board approved action, HDC needs to officially remove you from our membership roll. Please fill out the Membership Removal Request to be removed from HDC’s membership and we will honor your desire at our next Board meeting.
